Laws By African Government

There are many laws governed by the African government but they are not being seriously followed. Recently the government of africa is taking serious measures to implement laws and rules and regulations on various acts such as pornographic content, animal abuse and many more.

One such is The Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act of 2007 defines rape as any nonconsensual sexual penetration (that is when a person forces another person to have sexual intercourse without their consent), regardless of gender. The act also includes measures to address sexual offenses against children, mentally disabled people, and sexual exploitation. The Family Violence Act of 1993 was the first law in South Africa to acknowledge marital rape.
